This Privacy Policy describes how Claudio Rado, as Data Controller, processes the personal data of users who visit the website www.claudiorado.com, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (“FADP”).

Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) / necessity under the FADP.

Responding to inquiries or engagement requests.
Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

​     3. Monthly newsletter
Sending updates on concerts, releases, and projects; approximately one email per month.
Legal basis: consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). Consent can always be withdrawn.

​     4. Website statistics and improvement (if enabled)
Aggregate and anonymous/pseudonymous traffic analysis.
Legal basis: consent via cookie banner (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) or legitimate interest if only essential metrics are used.

4.Nature of Data Provision

  • The data required for browsing the Website and for security purposes are collected automatically.

  • Sending emails or contact forms is optional but necessary in order to receive a response.

  • Subscribing to the newsletter is optional and subject to consent (double opt-in recommended).

5. Methods of Processing

Data are processed using IT tools and appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. We do not use automated decision-making processes that produce legal effects on the user (such as advanced profiling).

Some providers may be located or host servers outside Switzerland/EU/EEA. In such cases, data transfers are carried out in compliance with Arts. 44 et seq. GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses) and the safeguards provided by the FADP

  • Technical logs and security: up to 12 months unless required for abuse investigation.

  • Contacts/bookings: for the time necessary to handle the request and up to 24 months from the last relevant interaction.

  • Newsletter: until consent is withdrawn or an unsubscribe request is made.

  • Cookies/analytics: according to the respective expiration periods indicated in the Cookie Policy.

10. Data Subject Rights

Under the GDPR and the LPD, you have the right to:

  • Request rectification or deletion;

  • Request limitation of processing;
